Who we are

Regen Nerve Clinic (the clinic) operates at Suite 4, 182–184 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne VIC 3002. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

Information we collect

• Identifying information: name, date of birth, contact details, Medicare and private health details.
• Health information: medical history, current symptoms, diagnostic imaging, treatment notes, referring clinician details.
• Technical information when you use our website: IP address, browser, pages viewed, time on site.

How we use it

• To provide clinical care and coordinate your treatment across our team.
• To communicate with you about appointments, results and follow-ups.
• To correspond with your referring GP or other treating clinicians where you have consented.
• For internal quality review, billing, and compliance with legal obligations.

How we store and protect it

Your information is held in secure electronic practice-management systems with access controlled to authorised staff only. Paper records, if any, are stored in locked facilities.

If you believe your privacy has not been respected, please contact us first so we can investigate. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner.
